Dreier Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our independent community pharmacy with an integrated long-term care component. We welcome both new graduates and experienced pharmacists who are enthusiastic about community pharmacy and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Dreier Pharmacy is a second-generation, family-owned pharmacy with deep roots in our community. We are proud to be a Health Mart–affiliated pharmacy and were honored as Health Mart Pharmacy of the Year 2024, selected from nearly 5,000 pharmacies nationwide for our dedication to community service and patient care.
Our pharmacy utilizes Liberty Software and a Parata Max 2 automated filling system to support workflow efficiency and accuracy. We emphasize teamwork, patient relationships, and a healthy work–life balance.
This position offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to practice pharmacy in a supportive, patient-focused environment. We are closed evenings, Sundays, and holidays. Pharmacists work one Saturday per month, which is the only time they serve as the sole pharmacist.

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location
Dreier Pharmacy is located in Shawano, Wisconsin, less than an hour from Green Bay, Wausau, and the Fox Valley. Shawano offers an excellent school district, a vibrant downtown, and abundant recreational opportunities including boating, kayaking, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Active pharmacist license in good standing
Immunization certified (or willing to obtain certification)
MTM trained (or willing to be trained)
WPQC certified (or willing to obtain certification)
Strong interest in community pharmacy and patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently when scheduled as the sole pharmacist
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in community pharmacy and/or long-term care pharmacy (preferred but not required)
Willingness to engage in community outreach and clinical services
Comfort working with pharmacy technology and automated dispensing systems
