What You’ll Do
Support the Lead Pharmacist in overseeing daily departmental workflow
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in operations
Mentor and develop pharmacy technicians and trainees
Strengthen provider and patient relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems and processes
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in a growing organization
Who You Are
Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Texas
Strong communicator who builds trust easily
Organized and proactive in managing workflow
Enjoy mentoring and helping others grow
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Motivated by ownership and long-term growth opportunities
Dermatology or compounding experience is a plus — but not required. We value mindset and leadership just as much as technical skill.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
One half-day per week (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
No weekends
Compensation
Base Salary: $125,000 – $132,000

Requirements
Active Pharmacist license in Texas (required)
2+ years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
Strong communication and people leadership skills
