We are looking for a community pharmacist ready to embrace the mix of provider status opportunities we will have within our community pharmacy workflow. Someone ready to go above and beyond to bring excellent patient care to our communities will best fit our team. Yes, you will do all the ‘normal’ pharmacist duties AND at Center Pharmacy, we love to let our pharmacists explore their passions and grow both professionally and personally. During the course of a typical day, you will perform:
- Patient Care Optimization through sync or packaging services
- Utilize Collaborative Practice Agreements
- Vaccinations
- Point of care testing
- Nutritional Depletion/Foundational Supplement Education
- Durable Medical Supply and Equipment
- Hospice
- Other core services as your certifications allow
- Other required duties to services our patients

Requirements
- BS or PharmD
- Wisconsin Pharmacist License
- WPQC Certification preferred (Please note will provide training stipend)
