Company History
Founded in 1986 by President and CEO Joanne Cochran, Keystone Health began with a small group of dedicated volunteers providing seasonal healthcare services to migrant agricultural workers in Franklin County. What started as a mission to serve an underserved population has grown into the region's largest community healthcare organization.
Today, Keystone Health employs more than 700 employees, provides care to over 63,000 patients annually, and operates more than 20 practices throughout Chambersburg, Waynesboro, and surrounding communities. As the only Federally Qualified Health Center serving Franklin County, we are committed to ensuring that high-quality healthcare is accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
