Deep clinical engagement: rounds, stewardship, anticoagulation, and pharmacokinetic dosing Real opportunities to grow your clinical expertise across specialized care areas Collaborative, team-based environment where your expertise is valued and heard Job Details Prepare and dispense drug orders per physician request following established protocols Monitor drug therapy regimens for interactions, allergies, contraindications, and dosing appropriateness Compound and dispense sterile and non-sterile products, including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition Participate in antibiotic and opioid stewardship, shortage management, and interdisciplinary rounds Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS Pharmacy degree required Hospital experience preferred Active pharmacy licensure in the state of practice (required within 60 days of start) BLS or ACLS certification required within 180 days of start date PALS certification required within 180 days for pediatric practice settings Interested in hearing more?
