Verify prescription orders and create medication plans.
Manage and optimize medication therapy based on patient-specific information.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, and review drug regimens.
Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists in training.
Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing.
Participate in patient care meetings with other health care providers.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology and pharmaceuticals.
