Description

Title - Pharmacist - Infusion

Duration - 13 weeks (Extendable)

Shift - Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:00)

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: 40hrs per week and would be between 6a-7p, every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8a-1630p)

Requirements

*inpatient or outpatient oncology experience

**IV trained and hazardous and non-hazardous med preparations

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years

CERTIFICATIONS: PA state license required; will consider state license pending as long as traveler has applied for PA license at time of submission. All pharmacists/pharm techs working in the state of PA have to have their state license by 6/28/26.

EPIC Beacon exp required

SCHEDULE

• WEEKENDS: every 3 or 4th Saturday. (8a-4:30p)
• CALL REQUIREMENTS: n/a
• HOLIDAYS: as needed
• FLOATING: Yes ( 2 miles away)
