This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Kansas, OK. The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, educating patients on proper medication usage, and providing clear guidance on potential side effects. The role also includes collaborating with healthcare providers to evaluate treatment plans, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications

• Expertise in prescription review, dispensing medications, and preventing drug interactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling and collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, inventory management, and proper documentation practices
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring patient safety
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and relevant healthcare technology
• Pharmacy degree (PharmD) and a valid pharmacist license in the state of Oklahoma
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting is an advantage, although new graduates will be considered as well!
