As a Pharmacist with TelyRx, you will play a crucial role in managing medication therapy, consulting with patients about medications, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care.
Review and execute physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality
Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster
Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products
Monitor patients’ drug therapies, advise interventions, and inform customers on any potential side effects
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to strategize on improving patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and keep abreast of current advancements in pharmaceuticals
In-depth knowledge of various pharmaceutical products
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Valid pharmacist license in the practicing state
Certification in Medication Therapy Management is preferred
Proficiency with pharmacy information systems
