Minimum Requirements:

• Active Kentucky pharmacist license required.
• Pharmacist experience. 6 months experience is preferred.
• Experience with hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• Ability to complete facility orientation as scheduled, including Fleming orientation when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a regional or community hospital setting.
• Familiarity with inpatient medication distribution and clinical pharmacy workflows.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–14:00.
• Shift days: Days.
• Orientation occurs on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.
